How much does detailing cost?
Three packages: Express Refresh at $89 (1hr — vacuum, exterior wash, tires, windows), Full Detail at $199 (3hr — deep interior shampoo, clay-bar polish, leather conditioning, engine bay), Premium Detail at $349 (5hr — everything in Full plus paint correction, headlight polish, six-month sealant). Final price depends on vehicle size and condition; confirmed at booking, no surprises.
What's the difference between Express, Full, and Premium?
Express is the in-and-out option — your daily driver looks fresh again in an hour. Full is the deep-clean: every cup holder, every seat seam, the engine bay, the wheel wells. Premium adds paint correction (the actual gloss restoration) plus a six-month sealant so the work holds up to weather.
How long does it take?
Roughly the booking window: 1 hour for Express, 3 hours for Full, 5 hours for Premium. Most vehicles, most conditions. If your car needs extra time (heavy pet hair, mud, smoker's interior), we flag that at drop-off and you decide whether to upgrade or come back.
Where do I drop off, and what about pickup?
Most customers drop off at our partner shop in Statesville. Concierge pickup is available within 25 miles for a flat fee — we come to your driveway and bring the car back when it's done. Pick the option at checkout.
What about pet hair, smoke, or really filthy interiors?
All handled, but extreme cases get an upcharge confirmed at drop-off. Pet hair from a single dog ride is included in Express; a year's worth of golden-retriever shedding is its own line item. Smoker's vehicles get an ozone treatment add-on. We don't pull a bait-and-switch — the price you see at booking is the price unless your interior surprises us in a documented way.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. If something specific isn't right when you pick up — a missed spot, a streak on the windows — we redo it on the spot. Once the car leaves, write us within 48 hours and we'll book a touch-up at no charge.
How often should I detail my car?
Express every 4–6 weeks if you want a consistently clean daily driver. Full every 4–6 months for a real reset. Premium yearly, or before you sell or lease-return — paint correction makes a tangible difference in trade-in value.
