Common questions about how rentals work here.
Plain English on the Turo handoff, what's included in the price, and what to do if something goes sideways.
How does Sleek Ride rentals work?
We connect you to a curated set of cars hosted on Turo — the same trusted platform millions of travelers use, with local hosts in your area. Sleek Ride handles the matching and scheduling; the actual rental, insurance, and handoff happen through Turo's app. You pay Turo directly, not us.
What kind of cars are available?
Whatever's in the local Turo fleet that meets our standards — typically a mix of daily drivers (Honda, Toyota, Subaru), SUVs for road trips, the occasional weekend-fun car. Inventory rotates as hosts add and remove cars.
How much does it cost?
Set by the individual host on Turo. Daily rates typically run $45–$150 depending on the car, with discounts for multi-day rentals. We don't mark anything up — Turo's price is what you pay.
Where do I pick up and drop off?
Depends on the host. Most offer either home delivery (they bring the car to you for a small fee), self-pickup (you grab the car from a designated location), or airport pickup. Each Turo listing shows what that specific host offers.
What if something goes wrong with the car?
Turo includes insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance on every rental, regardless of which protection plan you pick at checkout. If you have an issue mid-trip, contact the host first; if they can't resolve it, Turo's support takes over. We're available too if something feels off — but logistically the rental relationship is between you and the Turo host.
Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC facilitates discovery and booking of car rentals; we are not the rental provider or host. Every rental on this page is fulfilled through Turo, and the rental agreement is between you, Turo, and the individual vehicle host — not Sleek Ride. Insurance, deposits, age and license requirements, mileage limits, and claims are governed by Turo’s terms and the host’s listing. Sleek Ride is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for the rental itself.
